- 20+ years as a plaintiff-side litigation paralegal in high-exposure personal injury and civil rights matters
- Experience building and scaling litigation departments from the ground up
- Trial support in cases involving six- and seven-figure settlements and verdicts
- Deep expertise in case management systems (MyCase, Needles, CM/ECF, Odyssey/WizNet, e-flex)
- 20+ years as a systems analyst and technical lead in enterprise environments including LexisNexis-related legal systems development
